Christmas Cards

So it is the season to send out holiday greetings to those near and dear to us no matter how far away. It is at this time that my road to hell is paved. I have the best intentions to send out cards and most of the time I actually do write these cards out but it takes acts of God to get those cards to the post office. Seriously, I found a card addressed to my cousin that had a picture from Chandler's first Christmas, that's how bad I am at this.

So I have all my Christmas cards written up now and I am gathering all the addresses I need and I am going out to deliver the other ones. That is my plan and I hope that I accomplish it soon. I am going to go this week and send out those cards because I have to do it this year!!

40th Birthday Bucket List

I am turning 40 this year.  After turning 39, I struggled with turning 40, the thought would take my breathe away and I felt sick.  I don't even know why, it's so dumb, I rarely feel like I am 40, sometimes I think I am still only 25.  So it's strange that for at least six months, I was in a state of anxiety every time I thought about turning 40.  It probably had something to do with my depression and as I move out of that state, I am less encumbered by turning 40 and more willing to face it head on with a smile on my face. So I have come up with a list of things I am going to do in the 365 days that I am 40.  Some of them are things I should have done years ago, but I have neglected and some are brand new who would have thought I would want to do this items. 1. Day in the Life Friday Five

Today is another Friday Five Link Up with the wonderful ladies Mar, Cynthia and Courtney !! Check out their blogs for some great reads!! So happy I found this link up!! It's hard for me to chronicle my days, because at this moment in time they are never exactly the same.
