Welcome to August!!

Yeah so it's the same thing again.  I want to do this stuff, I want to sit and write, I want to do some income building activities and yet when I finally get my kids down for the night, I curl up into my bed and do nothing..... well maybe I read or watch tv, but I do nothing that is going to help me reach my goals. So that would explain the radio silence. I am also much more effective at writing in the morning then I am at night, cylinders are all firing in the morning but not so much at night.  But how do I just do things that are rather boring for my kids but are what fills me with passion?  When my kids are up at 6:30 EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!  I would have to get up at 5 in order to get my workout and even half an hour of writing without being disturbed.  However, I am under the distinct impression that my children use me as an alarm clock, as soon as they hear me that is their signal to get up, so then I have to change my routine and do these things at night. ...

I'm going to do a Photo Blog today and every month I will do a blog of just some of my favourite photos that I have taken this past month.  This will be a away for me to take photos with purpose and work on that passion of mine. I love photography, I love taking pictures but I need to learn more and practice more.  I am very much a candid photographer, I could be a paparazzi for my friends and family and those are the pictures I love the most. Capturing those moments and those are the photos I want to share with you. My passion lies in the shaping of young minds. My passion lies in finding new opportunities to learn from the subject at hand and the students in my class.  My passion lies in the words and art and dramatizations.  My passion lies with the look in a students eye when the concept becomes apparent.  So am I passionate about teaching, yes I am very passionate.  However, I am struggling to convey that to my students.  I think they see glimpses of my passion but I am struggling to convey this passion on a daily basis.  You may ask why. Well the reason I find I am struggling is my internal perfectionism.  I am a perfectionist at heart and I do not like to lead my students down paths that are not perfectly smooth....
